AI Enablement Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Build and evolve TENEX's internal AI platform: reusable tools, custom skills, Claude Projects, integrations, and department-specific specialists
• Partner with teams across TENEX (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Detection Engineering, Security Operations, Forward-Deployed Engineering) to surface needs
• Own and execute against a published roadmap with predictable, visible execution
• Maintain, expand, and refine AI work companion based on user feedback
• Build integrations between Claude and internal tools (Ashby, Wonderlic, Fireflies, Asana, Google Chat) using webhooks, MCP connectors, and APIs
• Run enablement: training sessions, documentation, AMAs, and 1:1 onboarding
• Contribute to AI governance, monitoring, and security tooling decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Anthropic Claude Ecosystem Expertise
• Has shipped real work using Claude.ai, Claude Code, Cowork, Projects, custom skills, and MCP connectors
• Comfortable using Claude Code for technical work
• Strong prompt engineering instincts
• Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise (plus)
• Engineering Fundamentals
• 5+ years of software development experience (Python preferred)
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub)
• Demonstrated ability to design and build for reuse
• Security and Data Handling
• Strong instincts for protecting sensitive data
• Production experience working with sensitive data (PII, customer data, internal IP, regulated data)
• Familiarity with AI-specific security risks: prompt injection, data leakage, unsanctioned tool use, output misuse
• Working knowledge of secrets management, secure SDLC practices, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2)
• Communication and Cross-Functional Skills
• Can translate workflows across departments into AI solutions
• Comfortable presenting to groups and running training sessions
• Strong written communication
• Comfortable saying "no" or "not yet" when appropriate

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Building/maintaining internal AI platform
• Familiarity with Asana, Atlassian, Google Chat, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Ashby
• Background in change management, technical writing, or internal enablement
• Experience with cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with AI governance, AI security tooling, or AI usage monitoring
