About the role

Create precast concrete structures designs and detailing using AutoCAD and Stack-it.

Prepare submittal packages, proposal drawings, and production drawing sets.

Contribute to continual improvement suggestions through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create precast concrete structures designs and detailing using AutoCAD and Stack-it.
• Prepare submittal packages, proposal drawings, and production drawing sets.

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Autodesk products (Revit, Inventor 3D, AutoCAD 2D).
• Understanding of drafting standards & principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, hyperlinks, sorting and searching data).
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of mathematical concepts (trigonometry, calculate volumes, slopes, weights, unit conversions, simple load calculations, metric equivalents, drawing scales).
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of precast concrete design (plus).
• Desire to continue to grow and develop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Degree in Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, or similar degree (plus).
• 0 - 2 years’ drafting experience in manufacturing or construction industry.

Skills
