At American Bathroom Remodelers, we're looking for an enthusiastic Design Consultant to join our growing team. You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, provide personalized bathroom remodeling solutions, and help customers bring their dream bathrooms to life.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
• Learn about customers' remodeling goals and recommend customized bathroom solutions.
• Present products, upgrades, financing options, and pricing.
• Aid homeowners with design selections, including fixtures, colors, finishes, and layouts.
• Prepare contracts and accurately document project details.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Follow our proven sales process to achieve personal sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital sales tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales, in-home consultation, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or interior design is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Passion for helping homeowners improve their homes.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
