About the role
This position supports US Army programs and focuses on configurations management, logistics, engineering, technical support, and management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. It involves working across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage design drawings, engineering changes, and notices.
- Work closely with program management, systems engineers, quality managers, draftsmen, and design/manufacturing engineers in a concurrent engineering environment.
- Develop and administer Configuration Management Plans.
- Prepare for and conduct major configuration audits.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering Design, or 1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited Engineering Design related post-secondary program.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
