Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in commercial design/build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Pay

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, plus a bonus plan up to 10%.
