Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Manage project teams and ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or design-build consulting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Experience with contract negotiations and bidding processes

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
