We're looking for an energetic, highly organized, and dependable Design Assistant/ Fit Model to become a valuable member of our Design team. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced fashion designers, participate in the product development process, and gain firsthand exposure to how apparel collections are created—from initial concept through production. You'll Play Two Equally Important Roles Our in-house Fit Model, helping our Design and Technical Design teams perfect the fit of garments before they reach production.A trusted operations assistant, providing day-to-day support that keeps our Design department organized, efficient, and moving forward. No prior fashion experience is required—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do - Become Our In-House Fit Model & Keep the Design Team Running Smoothly You'll play a key role in helping our team develop great-fitting products by participating in: Daily fit sessions for in-house designsReviewing production samples with Design and Technical Design teamsFittings for showroom samples and market inspiration garmentsSelect buyer meetings requiring garment reviews and fit evaluations When you're not in fittings, you'll support the Design department by: Assisting designers with changing priorities and day-to-day needsManaging visitor access, building credentials, and office entry systemsSupporting PLM data organization, cleanup, and system integrationHelping organize design materials, fabrics, samples, and workspacesJumping in wherever needed to help the team stay productive in a fast-moving environment Requirements We're Looking For Someone Who Is Exceptionally organized and detail-orientedHighly dependable with excellent follow-throughPositive, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and willing to jump in wherever help is neededProfessional, discreet, and trustworthyPassionate about fashion and excited to begin a career in the industry No previous fashion industry experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know. Fit Model Requirements To ensure consistency during garment development, candidates must meet the following fit specifications: FemaleHeight: Approximately 5'7"–5'9"Wears a women's size 6 (required for fit modeling purposes) SALARY: The rate for this full-time position is between $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
