Design and Construction Sr Manager (Remote with Travel)

For our client, we are seeking a Design and Construction Sr Manager (Remote with Travel) to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will help shape facility design and construction strategy across a distributed network, balancing prototype standards, capital planning, and project execution. The position will work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to improve how projects are scoped, sourced, planned, and delivered. It also requires strong judgment to support feasibility decisions, design reviews, and construction quality in an environment where consistency and operational efficiency matter. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Assist in managing and improving facility prototype standards and optimization programs Support the development of design and construction procurement methods and project management tools Provide expert input for capital project forecasting to internal stakeholders Lead project feasibility studies, including defining goals, budgets, and schedules Partner with senior leadership to build and manage internal project teams Recommend project execution approaches and lead sourcing efforts Oversee site planning, design reviews, and construction quality checks Qualifications 10+ years of experience in architecture design, construction management, or project management, preferably in industrial settings Strong analytical and financial acumen for data-driven decision-making Effective communication skills for clear information presentation and interpretation Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and manage stakeholders Aesthetic sensitivity for architectural and branding decisions Attention to detail for accurate project execution and monitoring Strategic thinking to embrace new technologies and innovative practices Benefits Health insurance and pre-tax spending accounts Retirement benefits and paid time off Short-term and long-term disability coverage Employee stock purchase plan and life insurance Annual incentive plan bonus and long-term incentive opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
