Sr Manager Operations Construction Project Management REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Operations Construction Project Management REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will oversee complex construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring facilities are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required operational standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate across internal partners, vendors, and contractors to align scope, schedules, and execution priorities. This position also supports strategic site planning and process improvement efforts that help the organization scale its physical footprint effectively. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead all phases of construction projects from planning to completion Define project scope and facility requirements Develop cost estimates and track project spending Coordinate vendor management and oversee contracts Create and maintain project schedules, managing dependencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project execution Oversee execution activities including design coordination and site readiness Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Enhance project standards and contribute to process improvements Support long-term planning with site data analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 5-7 years of direct experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of healthcare clinics and optical retail environments Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to influence and negotiate across multiple organizational levels Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Critical thinking skills to manage multiple projects in ambiguity Benefits Health care coverage Retirement savings plan Paid time off and vacation Employee discounts Competitive bonus and/or commission plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
