Description: Specialist SAP Variant Configuration and Product Maintenance (f/m/d)

To strengthen our Variant Configuration and Product Maintenance activities within the Product Line Aerial Work Platforms, we are looking for a motivated Specialist to join our team in Modena and Cadelbosco di Sopra (IT).

About the role

You will work at the interface of configuration, product lifecycle management and R&D in an international environment. If you qualify only for one of the two focus areas, we still encourage you to apply, as the role can be adapted accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Support the SAP Variant Configuration process
• Maintain and optimize existing product configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and sales
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Variant Configuration and/or Product Lifecycle Management
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian is advantageous

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP and/or SAP Fiori
• Experience with product lifecycle management tools
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and standards
