Job Overview

To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Specialist External Reporting (f/m/d).

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the project management of the PALFINGER Annual Report as well as the Half-Year Report – from planning and coordination through to final publication
• Preparation and continuous development of the management report, as well as steering and aligning all other report sections with internal stakeholders and the CFO
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, timelines, and review processes within the reporting process
• Cordination and management of our external agencies
• Key user for SmartNotes and sparring partner for colleagues within the company through active business partnering on reporting-related topics

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
• Experience in external reporting, ideally in the context of annual reports, management reports, or group reporting
• Very good project management skills
• Structured, detail-oriented way of working, with a high level of initiative and strong communication skills
• Fully fluent German and English skills - both in writing and speaking

Pay & Schedule

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
