About the role

The Caritas-Krankenhaus St. Lukas GmbH in Kelheim is a hospital providing primary and routine care with 200 planned beds and specialized departments including Cardiology, Angiology, Pulmonology, Central Emergency Room, General Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Diabetes, Orthopedic and Hand Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, Urology, ENT, and Dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Administrative intake of patients
• Preoperative patient preparation for various specialties
• Postoperative patient care (ambulatory surgical procedures)
• Telephonic scheduling management based on the surgical plan
• Independent execution of inventory and ordering management

Requirements

A completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/w/d)

Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary development of new organizational processes

Organizational skills, empathy, and responsibility

Legally required proof of vaccination against measles
