YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support smaller projects for template development and rollout initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities across PDO and functional teams
• Drive change management for template development and rollouts, including structured communication, adoption tracking, and feedback collection to support transparency and effective decision-making
• Support the preparation and execution of rollout activities across functions and regions, continuously improving rollout and change approaches
• Manage onboarding of new PDO members, ensuring structured integration into processes, tools, governance, and ways of working, while acting as a key contact point for operational and coordination topics within the Process & Data Organization
• Maintain and enhance PDO collaboration platforms as central information hubs, supporting communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing, while assisting BPM&A experts and leadership with standards, governance, process transparency, reporting, and KPI tracking

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in project coordination, process management, or change management in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across functions and regions
• Understanding of BPM, governance structures, and template-driven transformation environments
• Friendly to English; German is an advantage
