Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the After Sales business in EMEA markets together with our national distributor partners
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for After Sales leaders, supporting them in improving performance and market maturity
• Identify growth opportunities through market insights, data and best-practice sharing across countries
• Strengthen the uptake of After Sales solutions such as spare parts, service contracts and digital services
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Spare Part Center, Lead Area Sales Managment, Network Development and Product Management

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in After Sales, Service or Business Development in an industrial environment
• Experience working with partners, distributors or service networks in an international setup
• Strong business mindset with the ability to analyze performance and derive practical actions
• High level of autonomy and self-responsibility
• Fluent English - both written and spoken, German is beneficial, willingness to travel internationally >50%
