Dermatology Sales Representative Northern NJ
About the role
Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Must demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability.
Ability to build strong professional relationships; establish credibility and rapport with both internal and external customers.
Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports and forecasts.
Ability to implement and execute key marketing strategies.
Responsible for timely call reporting tasks.
Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are required.
Ability to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm, as well as attend both corporate and medical conventions when required, which includes some weekends.
Travel outside of base territory for company meetings as needed.
Ability to manage various resources, including the ability to lift and handle packages up to 30 lbs.
Responsible for managing a storage unit and large quantities of samples.
Requirements
Location:
- This is a field-based sales territory covering Northern NJ/NY state including Rockland and Dutchess County.
- The candidate should reside in the greater Morris County area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university.
- Minimum three (3) years of outside business-to-business sales or medical-related sales required.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Must be proficient with MS Office, Windows, IOS, and have the ability to quickly become familiar with sales tracking and reporting software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Outside sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of consistent, documented high level sales performance.
- Recent working relationships with local Dermatologists is a plus.
- Bilingual a plus.
