About the role
A Medisca Partner, LP3 Network is seeking a Dermatology Independent Consultant to facilitate accredited educational seminar programs in North America on pharmaceutical compounding for dermatology. The position involves presenting seminar programs, reviewing and providing feedback on content, and collaborating on educational materials.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate didactic content and practical applications via 1- or 2-day accredited seminar events held virtually or in person.
- Assist in the development of accredited seminar content with the LP3 Network content development team.
- Create slide content with evidence-based material, case studies, and learning assessments.
- Develop accompanying seminar material such as handouts and practice aids.
- Provide feedback on LP3-generated seminar material and support the co-development of LP3 Network educational offerings beyond seminar events.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions and attend networking and informational sessions.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required; other advanced degrees in sciences may be considered.
- At least five (5) years of practice experience in dermatology.
- Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical compounding.
- Previous experience facilitating or developing pharmacy practice courses is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and engaging skills to enhance participant understanding.
- Understanding of current United States or Canadian practice standards and FDA or Health Canada regulatory standards.
- Professional alliance with a pharmacy board or medical board.
- Proficiency and comfortability in online technology and facilitating virtually over 1 or 2 days.
- Ability to travel for in-person events within major markets.

- Licensed pharmacist or qualified prescriber.

Pay
Hourly salary ranges from $100 to $200, with compensation varying based on license type and experience.
