Dermatology Health & Science Specialist - VIT Inland Empire, CA

For our client, we are seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist - VIT Inland Empire, CA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote field-based role will focus on driving specialty dermatology sales performance across an assigned territory through strategic account planning, clinical education, and strong customer relationships. The position partners closely with healthcare providers and internal cross-functional teams to support patient access, execute launch initiatives, and identify growth opportunities using data-driven insights. Success in this role will require credible scientific dialogue, disciplined territory management, and the ability to influence prescribing behavior in a complex healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,600 – $250,700 annually Responsibilities Execute territory and account strategies to meet sales goals Build relationships with dermatologists and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements Deliver compelling clinical messaging to influence prescribing behavior Navigate reimbursement pathways to enhance patient access Leverage data to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs Support product launches and provide insights for brand strategy Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with an associate's degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma) Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing Experience with aligned therapeutic healthcare provider roles Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred: 3-5 years of specialty sales experience in dermatology or related fields Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
