Join a dynamic, well-established dermatology practice with an independent hospital in the Mountain West. This role offers a collaborative environment with a highly skilled team, advanced facilities, and a broad catchment area. Start date: ASAP.

• Medical and surgical dermatology with option for cosmetics
• Ample support from APPs, MAs, scribes, and nursing staff
• 35–50 patients per day on average
• Resident stipend available

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical dermatology care
• Optional cosmetic dermatology services
• Manage 35–50 patient encounters per day
• Collaborate with APPs, medical assistants, scribes, and nursing staff

Pay

• $585,000 base salary
• 4-tier wRVU production model paying up to 130% of median
• $117,000 sign-on bonus
• $100,000 retention bonus

Schedule

• 1,564 patient contact hours per year considered full-time
• Average 35–50 patients per day
