About the role

Netheart Technology is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Derivatives Trading Compliance sector. This position focuses on both the technical and business aspects of compliance to ensure our trading activities adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory compliance checks and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
• Monitor trade surveillance to detect irregularities in trading activities.
• Analyze data to support compliance reporting and audits.
• Develop and maintain reporting standards in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to expert experience in derivatives compliance with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, trade surveillance, data analysis, and audit procedures.
• Relevant certifications in derivatives, laws, or technology are preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary ranging from $195,000 to $350,000 per year.
