Deputy Site Manager with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the enterprise Program Manager in overseeing site operations, business systems administration, resource allocation, procedures, and operational methods to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and mission support.
  • Direct and coordinate all contractor site resources in collaboration with functional managers to ensure successful execution of contract requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure all services and tasks are performed within established program guidelines, schedules, and budget constraints.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Government's Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), CLIN Manager, Government Points of Contact (GPOCs), and designated representatives.
  • Respond promptly to direction and prioritization provided by the site COTR/CLIN Manager and ensure timely execution of assigned requirements.
  • Lead and maintain an appropriately skilled workforce capable of performing all functions identified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Ensure delivery and execution of all site-specific contractual requirements and performance objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with contract requirements, company policies, safety standards, and applicable Government regulations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing programs or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Prior experience managing programs or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractor personnel and coordinating cross-functional operational support activities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience interfacing with Government leadership and contract management personnel, including COs, COTRs, and program stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of program management principles, operational oversight, resource management, and contract performance management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience monitoring budgets, financial execution, and operational performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting Government or federal contracts in a mission-critical environment.
  • Familiarity with fiscal year funding execution and Government reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through operational changes while maintaining continuity of support and service delivery.
