Deputy Program Manager - USACIC

About the role

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Responsibilities

• Aid the Program Manager in managing project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and proper relationships are established between customers.
• Identify and mitigate costs, schedules, performance, and risks on projects including systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities.
• Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
