Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of the Oracle Cloud HCM migration program, including design, build, testing, and deployment phases
- Maintain and manage the integrated master schedule, ensuring alignment across system implementation, data migration, and organizational change activities
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to Oracle HCM implementation, including integration, data, and adoption risks
- Cook up and manage cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, OCM, and vendors/integrators, to ensure successful system migration and deployment
- Sustain program management artifacts, including project plans, action trackers, and performance metrics
- Align with OPM guidelines, federal HR requirements, and shared services objectives
- Aid in cutover planning, go-live coordination, and post-deployment stabilization activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or migrations (ERP, HRIS, or SaaS platforms)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or HR transformation programs
- Familiarity with federal HR systems, shared services, or OPM environments
- Experience working across multi-functional teams (HR, IT, OCM)
- Oracle Cloud Foundations Associate or similar cloud certification
Pay Range
$140,000 - $170,000 per year
