Responsibilities

This position requires a highly skilled individual with proven organizational and time management skills, communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, and have knowledge of various project life cycles, including agile.

  • Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments
  • Ability to apply or develop highly advanced technologies, principles, theories, and concepts
  • Ability to understand and apply project leadership principles, including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls for complex programs
  • Ability to anticipate technology, process, and skill needs
  • Demonstrates proactive leadership and has name recognition throughout the business unit
  • Creates an environment in which the impact of technology on the business is clearly recognized
  • Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a fully proficient understanding of company policies and practices, engineering processes and practices, and planning and organization skills. They will also have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, and be able to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions effectively.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $122,785.00/Yr. - USD $136,215.00/Yr. Actual pay may vary based on experience and other factors, such as geographic location.
