Responsibilities

  • Interface with the government contracting officer representative (COR) and the Enlighten management team.
  • Aid in customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and public speaking on company capabilities.
  • Support contract execution, meeting or exceeding delivery objectives and milestones, and maintaining excellent cost performance.
  • Develop and enforce work standards, manage project schedules, review discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies, procedures, and goals to team members.
  • Oversee personnel and technical management of tasks, ensuring high-quality task completion and deliverables in compliance with the contract.
  • Manage the program, develop long-term objectives, and ensure end-user requirements are met in future contract years.
  • Engage in horizontal integration planning and interface with other functional areas like subcontracts, project control, and personnel security.
  • Ensure timely implementation of program deliverables and schedules; provide supervision, training, and direction to staff; and serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: A current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship required. Consideration for candidates with a Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience: 3 years experience supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government and a B.S. degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline, or 4 years relevant experience with a Master's degree in related field; or 10 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience leading software development OR system engineering teams in agile software development or cloud computing technologies, direct experience in supporting/managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), superb communication skills, and strong public speaking skills.
  • Project Management: Prior experience working in the PMO, responsible for schedule, program financials, employee resource allocation, milestones, customer interaction, etc., and strong knowledge and understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Hybrid Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, spending on average 3 days a week in Columbia, MD, with flexibility to adapt to schedule changes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current Top Secret clearance preferred.
  • Prior experience managing technical contracts and prior technical skills are highly desirable.
  • Prior experience working on a Cyber or Big Data program is highly desired.
  • Prior experience with the Big Data Platform (BDP) is a significant plus.

Pay

Anticipated Salary Range: $82,192.00 - $120,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. When extending an offer, Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration which include, but are not limited to, the role's function, internal equity and a candidate's education or training, work experience, certifications and key skills. Occasionally positions/roles may include additional non-recurrent compensation and will be addressed by the recruiter during the interview process.

Schedule

The position is a hybrid schedule with about 3 days a week on a customer site in Columbia, MD. Subject to change per the customer.
