Responsibilities
- Support operational functions across the company
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives including business development
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements
- Review and ensure compliance with Exchange Act filings
- Aid in corporate governance and stock plan administration
- Lead compliance and privacy programs and training
- Manage corporate records and oversee external counsel
Qualifications
- Law school graduate and Bar member
- 15+ years post-Bar experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or top-tier law firm
- Broad experience across various functional teams
- Deep knowledge of SEC and Nasdaq public company reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
