Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the childcare center
- Aid the Director in ensuring compliance with all state licensing regulations and Boone County policies
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to teaching and support staff
- Maintain documentation, records, and office systems
- Communicate effectively with families regarding enrollment, policies, and child development
- Assist with classroom support as needed
- Auxiliary with scheduling, staffing coordination, and operational logistics
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for all children
- Promote inclusive practices and culturally responsive care
Position Details
- Status: Full-time, exempt, benefited
- Schedule: Primarily 9:30 – 6:15 p.m., Monday – Friday but must be able to work any shifts as needed to support center operations and staffing requirements
- Starting Salary Range: $62,940 – $64,854 annually
