Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all deliverables meet client and company standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to align project goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with project budgeting and financial analysis.
• Understanding of construction contracts and agreements.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
