About the role

Plan, organize, and manage depot operations, possessing leadership qualities in line with SOPs and company policy to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery and achieve 100% COD and credit collection within the approved period.
• Oversee logistics management to ensure smooth distribution operations.
• Manage cold-chain operations efficiently to maintain product quality.
• Maintain physical inventory with 100% accuracy, following FIFO principles.
• Ensure proper store management in compliance with GDP guidelines.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for team members as required.
• Implement cost-effective management within approved budgets.
• Take proactive initiatives to minimize Sales Returns.
• Maintain sharp and effective communication—both upward (reporting) and downward (team).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in daily operations management, warehouse operations, supply chain operations, distribution center operations, logistics management, operation management, SAP warehouse management, warehouse operations, retail operations, or logistics management.
• Adequate knowledge and familiarity with ERP or SAP (SD module).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
