DEPOT HEAD DEPARTMENT: DISTRIBUTION PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS

Manage day-to-day depot operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery as per approved route schedules. Supervise inventory, stock movement, and store activities to maintain stock accuracy and proper warehouse control. Plan and optimize delivery routes, vehicles, and manpower to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution operations. Ensure proper handling of sales proceeds, petty cash, bank deposits, reconciliation, and other depot-related financial controls. Maintain depot safety, security, stock, cash, assets, and proper handling of expired or damaged products as per company procedures. Ensure all depot activities comply with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and established operational guidelines. Monitor depot performance, customer information in SDMS, assigned KPIs, and take necessary initiatives for continuous operational improvement.Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Distribution Software.
