Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service over the phone, via email and in person to both internal and external customers.
- Locates and corrects DDA, SAV, SDB, LAS account numbers for all items that non-post and the reconcilement of the account.
- Prints, reviews for accuracy, and mails customer interest checks.
- Reviews mobile deposits.
- Completes research requests for banks and helps resolve service issues for our customers.
- Processes domestic collection items.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred.
- Ability to provide good customer service and telephone courtesy.
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure meeting critical deadlines and have multitasking abilities.
