About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members through various channels including in-person, phone, and online.
Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries and transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
- Perform cash handling duties according to bank procedures.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
