Responsibilities
- Account Balancing & Verification: Balance applications such as DDA, SAV, IRA, CD, PT, Safe Deposit Box, ATM, VISA, Wire Transfers, Merchant Capture, Return Mail, Dormant Accounts, and CIP Issues. Verify totals and account setups with CSI. Verify same check number clearings. Verify Federal Reserve Cash letter totals daily. Check NSF accounts for errors. Manage all special rate accounts. Set rates at the account level and report to senior management.
- Merchant Capture Support: Review and approve merchant deposits.
- Problem Resolution & Research: Identify outages and perform problem-solving across all applications. Conduct research to resolve issues.
- Compliance & Customer Service: Follow all company policies and practices, setting an example for others in the branch. Ensure quick and proper responses to all reasonable customer requests. Conduct all transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Information Security: Protect the Bank’s network and all forms of customer information. Ensure adherence to security protocols as part of every employee’s responsibility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior bank experience required.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
