About the role

This available call center position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the customer service function of the bank. This individual will be a critical player working closely with other departments within in the bank to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. - Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent, with an emphasis in business curriculum. - One year related experience preferred. - Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Basic knowledge of banking operations and terminology. - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
