About the role
This is a full-time position at a robotics startup based in Watertown, MA. The primary responsibility is to manage customer experiences through automation and robotics technologies.Responsibilities

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role managing customer experience systems.
- Experience with automation tools and robotics platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of ROS (Robot Operating System).
