Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment for major customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
• Oversee and manage deployment economics, including real-time margin tracking and decision-making
• Act as the primary customer contact for all delivery-related matters
• Deeply understand and document customer technical requirements and project milestones
• Translate customer needs into structured project plans and success metrics
• Ensure projects progress through various phases while meeting quality standards
• Cook up technical teams to validate plans, manage dependencies, and align site goals

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in customer environments
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage deployment economics and margins
• Technical fluency to understand and assess complex systems and workflows
• Educated and effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to partner with engineers and program managers
• Excellent judgment in resolving project issues
• Proficient in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

Pay

$200,000 – $230,000 annually
