Deployment Engineer US

Key Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in delivering Dexory’s products to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial and engineering teams to ensure a seamless sales, integration, and deployment process.
• Travel around North America to deploy Dexory’s robots within warehouse sites.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Comprehensive technical understanding of computer systems, with prior experience in autonomous hardware systems or computer vision applications preferred.
• Prior proven hands-on experience with hardware in operational environments, including system assembly, disassembly, and on-site debugging.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for the deployment and installation of hardware and software platforms.
• Cook up with customers to plan and schedule installations, incorporating mechanical, electrical, software, and network components.
• Conduct on-site visits to execute system setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting in accordance with project specifications.
• Develop, maintain, and update installation, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting documentation for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure successful completion of deployment activities.

What We Need From You:

• Strong software debugging and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to address technical challenges effectively on customer premises.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
• A valid driving license required.
