Deployment Engineer - Northeast

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the company’s Deployment products, processes, and roadmap
• Deploy and ensure cloud connected devices function as required
• Communicate with customers to address their needs
• Collaborate with internal departments for customer requests
• Resolve complaints and track client-related processes
• Act as customer's representative to enhance the experience
• Manage implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Document deployment procedures and gather product feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting cloud connected devices
• Experience with WiFi networking required
• Familiarity with cloud applications
• Familiarity with Linux OS
• Familiarity with mechanical / robotic systems
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
• Ability to acquire Part 107 certificate

Pay

$115,000 – $135,000 annually
