Deployment and Desktop Support Technician

About the role

Four Deployment and Desktop Support contractors required for Mecklenburg County. Expected to work full time on-site in Charlotte, NC for 6+ Months.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies.
• Directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Able to work without assistance.
• Able to provide limited leadership to others.
• Able to manage medium complexity work efforts.
• May have industry experience.
