About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deployed Support Specialist to support a company focused on enterprise IT operations and end-user technology services within a large-scale Department of Defense network environment. This position is on-site in Quantico, VA. The Deployed Support Specialist will provide VIP technical support and serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software deployment activities across the enterprise network. Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove/VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network environment
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
• Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to ensure successful rollout of hardware and software solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop support, deployment support, or help desk services
• Experience with hardware deployment, software installation, system imaging, and end-user device support
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Active Secret Clearance
• Active IAT II Certification (Security+ or CySA+)

Pay

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
