About the Opportunity:The DEPLOYED ENGINEER role on the Professional Services team is dedicated to collaborating with enterprise customers to design and implement dependable AI agent systems in production environments. This position is responsible for translating complex enterprise workflows into actionable software specifications, guiding or directly contributing to engineering efforts, and embedding within client teams to ensure successful delivery. The role is critical in shaping how AI agents are realized in practical business settings and advancing the organization's mission through expert technical leadership. Responsibilities:Advise on agent architecture design, evaluation strategies, and production best practices.Collaborate with customer engineering teams to co-develop AI agent solutions across the full development lifecycle.Embed within client teams for extended periods to directly contribute to agent system delivery.Manage end-to-end agent engineering tasks including orchestration, evaluations, custom conversational interfaces, and deployment.Apply advanced AI techniques such as supervised fine-tuning, model evaluation, and trace mining. Requirements:Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise; TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus.At least 2 years of practical experience building and deploying production AI agent systems.Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to explain architectural decisions to technical stakeholders.Proficiency with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, or equivalents, including multi-agent patterns and state management.Experience designing evaluation methods for non-deterministic AI systems.Ability to operate in advisory and embedded delivery capacities.Willingness to travel up to 20%. Pay Range and Compensation Package:$150,000-$215,000 base salary plus equity.
