Department Secretary - Oncology
Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties.
- Understand and follow the organization’s policies, procedures and standards.
- Meet the day-to-day needs of the Director.
- Participate in the department’s performance improvement activities.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent required for all new hires, effective April 2014.
- Three to five years’ secretarial experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.68 to $24.16. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
Schedule
Full time days, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
