Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit
- Manage assigned Departments (such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), including setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results
- Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities may include: ensuring Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training all service staff in service procedures, and organizing Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities may include: ensuring delivery of great quality food, fast service, food safety, controlling food cost, and training all kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
- People Department Manager responsibilities may include: hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring new Crew get a good start, and recognizing/motivating Crew throughout their employment
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast-paced McDonald's environment
- Must be 18 years or older
