Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during each visit.
  • Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
  • Lead the Guest Service Department to ensure great customer experiences, effective sales promotions, and proper training of service staff.
  • Oversee the Kitchen Department to ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, food cost control, and staff training in production procedures.
  • Manage the People Department to hire qualified staff, train them effectively, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support new employees and motivate current staff throughout their tenure.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
