This job posting is for a Department Manager position at McDonald's, owned and operated by Grissett Enterprises. Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and organizes the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers great quality food and fast service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
Ensure the People Department hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. Also, ensure crew members get a good start and are recognized and motivated.
Requirements
Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
