Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead specific departments with additional responsibilities:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them effectively, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals. Ensure crew have a positive start, are recognized, and stay motivated.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
