About the role

The Bilingual Department Managers at SiteOne Landscape Supply play a crucial role as the Agronomics experts in the branch. They assist the Branch Manager in sales and operations planning, statistical demand forecasting, and supply-demand plan integration. They promote a safe work environment by emphasizing safety daily and encouraging a strong safety culture. They also train and develop agronomic staff to support the achievement of departmental sales goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the green industry and understanding of agronomic or lawn care maintenance products
• Bilingual proficiency - candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are preferred
• Excellent customer service and management skills
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
