About the role

Are you passionate about pop culture and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? Heritage Auctions is looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to support our Pop Culture department — home to some of the most iconic collectibles in music, entertainment, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming consignments accurately and efficiently, including:
    • Opening packages
    • Labeling and verifying the contents of packages
    • Creating an electronic report for the consignment
    • Communicate with clients in all aspects of the consignment
    • Research the status of consignments
    • Return client material
    • Perform department-wide inventories of consignment material
    • Asssemble client information packets
    • Assist with Consignment Directors' responsibilities
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience in a customer service position or industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and pay great attention to detail

Location

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Individuals must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position may require overnight travel based on business needs.

Work Environment

The individual may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • Educational requirements: High school diploma required
  • Industry experience: Experience in a customer service position or industry
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
  • Personal attributes: Ability to prioritize and multi-task and pay great attention to detail
