Department Chair - Nursing (Online/Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Department Chair - Nursing (Online/Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will provide academic and administrative leadership for the nursing department, with a focus on advancing programs, supporting faculty, and strengthening student outcomes in an online learning environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders to align curriculum, address student and curricular needs, and help guide strategic priorities that support teaching excellence and program quality. The position also involves faculty hiring and development, budgeting input, student conduct and grievance oversight, and ongoing collaboration to ensure academic consistency and continuous improvement.
