About the Role
An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient population, primarily children and young adults, supporting community health and promoting a positive dental experience. They utilize advanced dental technology, including digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces, and work within a team-oriented environment focused on patient satisfaction and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive dental services supported by a team of hygienists and assistants
- Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, patient care planning, and community outreach
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
- Provide care for patients with various insurance plans, including state plans and PPOs
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Valid dental license or eligibility in relevant states
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable)
- Compassionate attitude with a strong desire to serve both children and adults
