About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care to diverse patients, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate environment. The practice supports growth through mentoring and teamwork, offering opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services
• Use practice tools including digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces
• Participate in daily huddles and promote a positive image within the community
• Ensure excellent patient experiences
• Participate in training on OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff
• Contribute to community outreach and practice reputation enhancement

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Valid dental license or eligibility in relevant states
• Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable)
• Compassionate with a strong desire to serve patients of all ages
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
